You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the bso99 registration process and to keep that information current and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details — including a false name, date of birth, or identity document — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bso99 username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. bso99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify bso99 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
bso99 is required under its PAGCOR licensing obligations to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all accounts. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification — including but not limited to a PhilSys National ID, UMID, Philippine passport, or driver's licence — when requested. Accounts that fail to complete KYC will have withdrawal access restricted until verification is complete.
bso99 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All funds deposited to your bso99 account must come from a payment method in your own name. The use of third-party payment accounts to fund a bso99 account is prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos) unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.

bso99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
In cases of confirmed fraud or serious breach, bso99 may forfeit the entire account balance. In other cases, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method following the conclusion of any investigation.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting bso99 support. bso99 will make good-faith efforts to resolve any complaint within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory instruction. Your continued use of the bso99 platform after any amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
